Payment Policy

At check-in we may pre-authorise a credit card for any charges we determine that you may be likely to incur during your stay.

This pre-authorisation may also include an amount to cover a security bond/deposit for damages or incidental charges you may incur during your stay

The amount we pre-authorise will depend on the length of your stay.

No money is taken from your credit card; however, it will show as a pending transaction.

The authorisation of your card will last the length of your stay.

Card refunds generally take between 3-10 working days to process, and pre-authorisation releases take up to 31 days to process, depending on the individual bank policies.
